  7.      pgmoil - turn a portable graymap into an oil painting

  13. DESCRIPTION
  14.      Reads a portable graymap as input.  Does an "oil transfer", and writes  a
  15.      portable graymap as output.
  16.  
  17.      The oil transfer  is  described  in  "Beyond  Photography"  by  Holzmann,
  18.      chapter 4, photo 7.  It's a sort of localized smearing.

  20. OPTIONS
  21.  
  22.      The optional -n flag controls the size of the area smeared.  The  default
  23.      value is 3.
  24.  
  25. BUGS
  26.      Takes a long time to run.
